Yoga After Baby 2025

Postpartum yoga allows you a way to reconnect with yourself post baby. Join Shantell RYT-200, CPYT for a postpartum focused yoga class. Whether you have done yoga before or never attended a yoga class, this space is for you! 30 minutes of yoga and a period afterwards to share "life after baby "experiences with each other. Participants will be asked to complete surveys while participating in classes.
