Yoga You Can Do 2025

Prenatal yoga not only prepares your body for labor but also can connect with yourself. Join Shantell RYT-200, CPYT for a pregnancy focused yoga class. Whether you have done yoga before or never attended a yoga class, this space is for you! 30 minutes of yoga and a brief period afterwards learn more about your body changes with Michelle Wilkins, Certified Doula, CLC and LMT and owner of Mind, Yoni, and Soul .

Participants will be asked to complete surveys while participating in classes.
