Yoga Adjustments Workshop for Yoga Teachers

A practical, hands-on CPD workshop for yoga teachers who want to build confidence with touch and offer adjustments that feel safe, supportive, and meaningful.

Over 4+ hours, you’ll explore:

• When and why to use hands-on adjustments (and when not to)
• How to build clarity and confidence with touch
• Techniques to support alignment, connection and care

Led by Sandra Paternostro, this workshop gives you real-world tools to enhance your teaching — without overstepping boundaries or relying on guesswork.

You’ll leave with:

• A better understanding of how to approach different bodies and abilities
• More confidence in your own hands-on teaching
• A sense of when to assist, when to step back, and how to do both with skill and integrity
