This class is Free thanks to Moving Beyond Cancer Colaborative and Studio 103.

Nanette offers oncology supportive flow yoga for cancer survivors of any level and any stage of treatment, recovery and beyond. Using props and specific poses and movements to creat an accesslible and effective class.

Nanette is trained in the Yoga 4 Cancer methodology
