Our Key West Florida 30 Hour Yoga Teacher Training held at our yoga studio, Evolve Key West, goes beyond certification, offering an immersive experience that includes practice teaching, theming classes, alignment, safety in postures, ceremony, crystals, essential oils, as well as meditation and breathwork journeys woven in with the Yin offerings. Through this transformative journey, students often experience their own healing and growth while also gaining the tools and knowledge to teach yoga to others.
