This class is a healing pottery class that teaches students not only
hand building pottery skills, but how to use the acquired artistic
knowledge to better their life. In each class students will end the
course having created a beautiful and one of a kind piece of ceramic stoneware. Students are directed through breathing exercises followed by physical movements involving clay and a lesson focused on letting go, enjoying the process, and constructing your vessel. After the class the pieces will be glazed and fired at the Bug Ceramics studio kiln to around 2000 F. Once the piece is ready to be picked up it will be available at Key West Yoga Sanctuary.
