Unwind in a 75-minute immersive experience that blends the deep restorative practice of Yoga Nidra with the transformative resonance of crystal bowls and gongs.
Aligned with the Waxing Gibbous Moon, this evening invites you to flow into fullness — amplifying intention, awareness, and inner calm as the lunar light expands.
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that leads you through body awareness, breath, emotions, and visualization — bringing you into a healing state between waking and sleeping. Paired with sound, it becomes a portal to profound restoration.

About Your Guide
Shanthi has been practicing Sound Healing for over 20 years. A certified Sound Therapist and Reiki Master, he learned these techniques during his upbringing in India and through his travels in Tibet, Nepal, and China. His sessions weave together tradition and vibration to create a space of deep transformation.
