We will explore these properties—vision, flexibility, and clear intention—through a 30-minute guided meditation, reflective journaling and discussion, and a 60-minute Wood-element Yin practice targeting the Liver and Gallbladder meridians. This is an opportunity to learn what it means to be like the bamboo—to be both rooted and resilient—and to nurture the seeds of your vision for the season ahead.
