Our Monthly Sound Bath Meditation at M Power Returns in April! Cecil, Diane, and Haley are co-curators and creators for this special event on Sunday, April 19th. Sound healing is based upon the lineage of NADA Yoga, where everything can be reduced into sound waves. As a meditation and healing arts, we have been providing Sound Baths at M Power over 10 years. The sessions are always unique, unscripted, dynamic, and live with organic real analog soundscapes incorporating drums, crystal singing bowls, tibetan bowls, bells, chimes, rattles, gongs, vocal tuning, energy toning, and wind instruments. Nothing is artificial and we are driven by the spirit to heal and dance with the energy in the room. Bring your most comfortable gear, pillows, eye shields, mask, or blankets. This is a meditation and will transport you inbetween the states of awake and sleep. Space is limited and often sells out in advance. You are welcomed to pick one or double down.April 19th, Sunday:

We recommend you come early to allow time to set up your relaxation station. You are always welcomed to reserve one or both sessions. Some attendees use noise canceling headphones or earphones to avoid spikes if your hearing is sensitive.
Sometimes the room can crescendo and peak from the various sound instruments.

Cecil provides private Sound Healing and yoga sessions which include Vinyasa, restore, adaptive, subtle body, meditation with or without sound therapy tools.
