🌊 In this slow-paced class, we will practice Yin Yoga poses to target your deep connective tissues.

🌊 Watch your tension and stress dissolve as your mind becomes peaceful like a calm ocean.

🌊 In the latter part of the class, Eve will take you on a Guided Meditation to a quiet ocean paradise and you will be immersed with waves of soothing sound healing instruments.

🌊 You will walk out of the class feeling restored, renewed, and rejuvenated.

This class offers plenty of modifications to support your body. Props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.

Students of all levels are welcome. Please wear comfortable, layered clothing to keep you cozy.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled in, and to let Eve know if you have any medical conditions or injuries so modifications or variations can be offered.
