Every Saturday over the summer we meet for a relaxing Yin Yoga session in Markfield Park in Tottenham.

Please bring your mat, a pillow, a blanket, extra clothes if needed and a water bottle.

Livia Kojo Alour -

is a fuly insured certified in yoga teacher and sound healer. She facilitates guided meditation (Yoga Nidra), vocal activation & Kirtan. Livia is an ex-circusperformer and non-professional dancer and with 20+ years of teaching experience combined across all myqualifications. She is committed to enhancing well-being through somatic practices that activate the parasympathetic nervous system and is passionate about mental health, injury recovery and music.
