Gong Bath Sound Meditation

Deeply relaxing experience, balancing and harmonising body and mind, giving comfort and peace. With sound of Gong, Singing Bowls and other instruments.

What will you need?

A yoga mat

Blanket and warm jumper

What to expect?

You'll be invited to lie down and make yourself as comfortable as you can. We will guide you into a meditation and be creating a soundscape using Gong, Singing Bowls and other instruments.

Please note: Sound Healing is suitable for many people, however, there are a few conditions that are known contraindications. These include people with epilepsy, fitted pacemakers, or those in the first trimester of pregnancy. Please do not book if these conditions apply to you.
