Yin is a slow-paced, gentle and restorative style of Yoga, in which you hold ground-based, passive postures for a long amount of time (in between 2-5 minutes) to help you release tension, increase flexibility, and promote deep relaxation. In this nurturing space, you will be offered props like bolsters, blocks and blankets to help support your body so that you can rest with ease and comfort.
