A place to relax and surrender, Yin is the opposite of all our active classes. An invitation to create space in the body through deep stretching and more awareness through breath and presence practice.
We use all kinds of props and support in this class.
All levels welcomed and recommended.
About the Teacher:
Katie has been learning and teaching Yoga for 8 years, having spent over 3 years in India where she completed over 1500 hours of official training.
Katie has taught across the world at festivals, hostels, retreat centres, studios and in nature to a wide range of students, and remains forever the student herself, bringing a sense of curiousity, depth and presence to the practice.
Katie's journey with Yoga has been totally transformative and she is excited to return to her birthplace of Auckland and share her learnings with all those who feel the call.
NOTE: Due to the collaborative nature of the space on some dates we will not be hosting this class.
