Take some time out of your day to rest and recharge with two hours of soothing yin/restorative yoga using sand bags, a vegan lunch and a cacao ceremony! No previous experience necessary, beginners are more than welcome!
The first part of the day, you will be cleansed with sage and have an individual check in to see how you are doing. You will then be welcomed to make a cup of tea and get yourself set up in the hall.
We start with a yin yoga practice - two hours of soothing your nervous system using a slower paced and meditative yoga practice. During this time, you have the option of having sandbags placed on you for support.
Afterwards, we will have a delicious vegan, gluten and soy free lunch with lots of herbal teas and snacks - you will definitely not go hungry!
Afterwards, we will come together as a community to drink cacao and relax into a journey together, working on your intention and accessing your own inner wisdom.
When you book on to a Yin Yoga and Cacao Ceremony day retreat, you will receive an email with all the information you need and will be supported throughout the day.
