EVERY FRIDAY - relax yoga and sound bath!Meditative Yin yoga (60') what drives you to turn inward, to listen and observe, to make a deeper connection with your own body. Works on the joints and fascia (deep connective tissues), and the parasympathetic nervous system.
Sound journey (30') - a mix of smoothening vibrations, calming frequencies, esoteric instruments and magical sounds to heal the body on a cellular level, while allowing you to explore diverse states of consciousness or just simply letting you to rejuvenate through a nice deep rest. Our knowledgeable Francesco composes the elements of his sound bath with care and competence.
Refreshing fruity kombucha tea is offered to you after the class. Enjoy an evening of release, relaxation and renewal of energies before your weekend.

My aim is to teach you all those skills and different qualities you need to live a healthier, happier and more fulfilled life through Yoga; such as self-confidence, courage, kindness, grace, resilience, self-love, self-care, trust, discipline, strength, patience, ease, mindfulness
