About this Event

On 29 January, we welcome in the Lunar New Year.

In Chinese astrology, each new year is associated with an animal and in 2025, it’s the turn of the snake.

A snake year is believed to be a time for personal growth, transformation and meaningful relationships, so in this workshop we will be exploring these qualities in both our practice and everyday lives.

Our Lunar New Year Special will consist of breathwork, Yin (with a touch of Yang) Yoga and meditation, and will set you up for a year of positive personal development and harmonious connection.
