About this Event

Join Helen from Womankind Yoga for an hour of deeply relaxing Restorative Yoga. In this class we use a range of props, such as bolsters, blocks and blankets to support the body in just a handful of postures that provide the opporunity for complete rest and release. An hours practice can leave you feeling calm and rested. Limited to 14 places. All equiptment is provided.

No experience needed, inclusive and open to all. The cost is £10 per session. Booking by BACS is available to avoid the booking fee, please email [email protected]

Please note there is no class in March. A new block will start from the third Friday in April.
Helen is a Senior Yoga Teacher and Trainer Pro with Yoga Alliance UK.
