Join Nia for an hour of beginner's yoga, suitable for all.

Bring a mat if you can.
About this Event

Suitable for all, this inclusive and energising yoga class will leave you feeling ready for the day.

If you have any injuries or illness please let Nia know at the start of the class and things can be adjusted for you.

Class will take place in the Court Room - please ask a member of staff in the café if you are lost.

Please bring a mat with you if you have one as we only have a limited number available. You are also welcome to bring cushions or blankets should you need them.
