Start the new year with an introduction to tre. Tension, trauma release in exercise!And support your health and wellbeing with this easy to learn method of releasing trauma from the body. Building resilience , and regulating the nervous system. As this is an introduction to the method we will prioritise the needs of the beginner. To build confidence and support you as required. Regular clients are also welcome to join us of course. The opportunity to have hands on approach is also available if required. Investment is £25 and limited spaces . Bookings are now open.
