Join Evy for a slow-paced evening of healing and relaxation as we transition into the new year. In our tranquil, candlelit space, allow your body to melt into a series of yin postures- targeting your connective tissue and giving your muscles a rest. Soften deeper into a guided meditation and surrender into a blissfully luxurious savasana. Soothing music and aromatic essential oils will be incorporated- presenting a completely restful experience for the senses.
