SpAH January Taster: Zumba

They say we need to ditch the workout and join the party – so let’s get to it then!

We recommend wearing something you will be comfortable moving about in, suitable trainers, a bottle of water and possibly a towel. Our instructors will make sure you are warmed up and comfortable with the movements in the session before it gets going.
