Join us at The Back Space for a special 75 minute Yin Nidra, a deeply restorative two-part experience (bring blankets, socks, and anything else to keep cozy. We will have other props there!
We’ll begin with 45-60 minutes of floor-based Yin poses, held 3–5 minutes to gently release fascia and connective tissue. Then we’ll melt into 15-30 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), allowing your body and nervous system to fully reset.
We’re also honored to have Morgan Noel accompanying our practice with her beautiful singing bowls, adding an extra layer of grounding and relaxation.
After class, we’ll head right into ReveLuna for an included golden milk latte, a warming, anti-inflammatory blend that supports joint health, eases muscle soreness, and promotes deep relaxation. The perfect closing ritual.
