Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice ideal for both kids and adults. Bringing some fun animal play into it, and using movements mimicking tigers, deer, bears, monkeys, birds, and more to enhance health, balance, and focus is our theme this month for all ages. These exercises combine deep breathing, visualization, and physical postures to improve flexibility, strength, and emotional well-being through fun, imitative, and flowing motions. Come and have some fun with your kiddo while bringing energy and balance into your hour together
