Dive into a 40-minute Slow Flow yoga practice designed to ground the body and quiet the mind. As you settle into this mindful movement, certified Reiki Practitioner Meghan will move throughout the room, intuitively sharing hands-on Reiki to dissolve energetic blocks, enhance relaxation, and nurture your body's natural healing processes.
The practice then transitions into a powerful restorative experience: a Sound Healing journey.
Certified Sound Healer Molly will envelop the space in therapeutic vibrations using crystal bowls and other resonant instruments, guiding you into a state of deep calm and vibrational renewal.
