Yin Healing Meditation

This candlelit guided meditation brings your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies back to perfect harmony and alignment to soul connection. During this practice, the instructor provides Reiki energy balance with light touch. Each class has its own unique intention, sequence, breathwork, gentle stretching, and healing music. Best benefits include stress and pain reduction, vitality rejuvenation, chakra recalibration, intuition activation, dreamwork, inner wisdom and soul power retrieval.
Class is 90 minutes total: 75 minute sequence and 15 min grounding and community share
Must arrive 10-15 minutes early to acquire a quiet space with your highest intention. No entrance permitted after the class starts at the scheduled time to avoid interruption.
Prepaid credit will be charged on late cancels (under 24 hours), no-shows, or late-shows. No exceptions will be made.
