Qi Gong Yin Meditation

Qi Gong, a holistic practice originating in China, offers a harmonious blend of controlled breathing, gentle movements, and meditation. This ancient practice aims to cultivate optimal physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Qi Gong Stick Mobility is a unique form of energy training that incorporates a bamboo training stick. This tool helps to enhance the body's internal and external framework, promoting a balanced flow of Yin and Yang energy. By engaging with the stick, participants improve joint mobility, strengthen connective tissues, ligaments, and muscles. This practice can also lead to increased strength and flexibility, fostering overall physical vitality.

A Qi Gong bamboo stick is required to participate. If you do not already have one to bring, you may order one from us and we will bring it to class for you.
Lightweight bamboo sticks are recommended for females and Heavyweight bamboo sticks are recommended for males.
