Baby + Mama Yoga

Join us for Baby + Mama Yoga in Littleton — a gentle, grounding postpartum movement class designed for mothers and their babies.

Each week we move through slow, supportive yoga inspired by postpartum healing, core reconnection, nervous system regulation, and the simple magic of being present with your baby.

Our May theme is “Playful Presence” — an invitation to step out of survival mode and remember that motherhood can hold softness, joy, and even fun again. These classes are a space to breathe, move, laugh, and reconnect to yourself while your baby is right beside you.

You’ll be supported through:

baby-inclusive movement and floor play

breathwork for nervous system calm

community with other local moms in Littleton
