“Yin Flow & Vibrations Journey” Your Sanctuary For Deep Relaxation

Step into a sanctuary of stillness and sound. This deeply restorative class blends the slow, meditative practice of Yin Yoga with the healing vibrations of Sound Therapy, creating the perfect environment to release stress, tension, and emotional heaviness.

In the first part of class, you’ll be guided through a gentle Yin Yoga flow, with long-held, supported poses that open the hips, spine, and heart. This practice targets the deeper layers of the body fascia, ligaments, and joints while calming the nervous system and encouraging inner stillness.

As your body softens and energy begins to flow, you’ll be immersed in a Sound Healing journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments. These frequencies help reset your mind, soothe anxiety, and cleanse the energetic body, allowing you to fully let go.

This class is for all levels, no yoga experience needed

What to Bring

Yoga mat, blanket and eye mask if desired for sound bath.
