'Yin & Tonic' Summer Yoga & Wellbeing Day Retreat

Hosted by Olivia Annalise `Yoga, 'Yin & Tonic' Summer Yoga & Wellbeing Day Retreat has been designed to help you summon the energy of summer and to enjoy a day of relaxation and nurturance for your mind and body.

Treat yourself to a deeply calming yin yoga practice, refreshing summertime mocktail tonic drinks and wellness activities to nourish you including a nature woodland walk around Hatfield House Gardens (option for bare foot walking for grounding) as well as a 'Summertime Stillness Yoga Nidra' to close the retreat off.
Known as 'Yoga of Sleep', this 30 minute practice will be a gentle and guided process where you will be lying down comfortably. Through breath awareness, body scans and visualisation to name a few things, you will be guided to draw your awareness inwardly and fall in to a deep state of blissful awareness before you leave the event.

The retreat day has been sponsored by Bare Biology as well as other luxury and holistic wellbeing brands. Throughout the day, you will have healthy snacks and drinks from these sponsors and when leaving, you will be gifted with a luxury gift bag to continue your relaxation and wellbeing journey once the event is over which will be worth more than the ticket price alone.
