Workout - Start your day with Monae Crick (@monaetia_) for an invigorating workout sessions using bodyweight movements and resistant bands to energie the body.

Slow flow yoga - Join a gentle yoga session with Lucy Sesto (@sestoyoga) that will help you connect with your body, your breath, and land in our beautiful space.

Meditation - Find your centre with a guided meditation session. Explore the serenity within as you let go of stress and worries, allowing deep relaxation and mental clarity to take over.

Journalling - Dive into the depths of your thoughts and emotions through journalling. Through taking a hollistic view of womens health you will discover new insights, set intentions for the season ahead and capture the essence of your inner world.

Lunch - Curated by our wonderful private chef, expect lots of yummy vegan snacks and teas as refreshment.

Talk - Join Monae Crick for an informative talk all around womens health, learning how tyo optimise your training, performance and health by wokring with your unique female physiology.

Walk - Join us for a walk through nature and the wonderful landcape of the Cucumber Fields
