This session is a perfect way to start the month, creating yourself the perfect ritual, creating the space you need and dedicating time to yourself. Focusing on you and how to navigate your way through the rest of the month intentionally.

90 minute immersive soundbath infused with the power of rieki.

Meet your hosts Joanna & Tia

Rieki is a safe and gentle healing technique that brings balance and harmony to the body, mind and spirit, releasing blockages throughout the body. When our energy centres are blocked or imbalanced this manifests in our physical or emotional bodies as disease, illness and stress. Through this experience Joanna will infuse you with rieki to move unwanted imbalance and blockages from your system.

A Soundbath journey will gently guide you to a state of deep relaxtion. This session gives you the space to connect to self and set your intention to carry you through the month. The vibrations from the instruments make their way through the body giving you clariety, focus and resilience to committ to the intention you want to focus on the carry you through the month.

Our intention is for you to leave feeling calm, centred and being able to approach the rest of the month intentionally.

We also like to incorporate certain smells (such as incense and oils) to enhance your Sound journey experience. So please be aware of this before booking if you are sensitive to smells, or please let us know on arrival so we can keep this in mind

After the Rieki infused Soundbath and recommended aftercare is advised as your cells will have been 'reset' and re-harmonised with the high frequency sounds and the energetics of rieki.

We advise that you:

• nourish yourself with healthy/plain food
