Join us for a magical experience of Yin Yoga and Tibetan Sound Healing designed to stimulate and support the immune system. This workshop features a series of unwinding Yin Yoga poses, synchronized with the serene sounds and deep vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls. This unique combination not only enhances the immune system but also induces beneficial changes in brain waves, promoting a state of supreme inner peace.
