An afternoon of calm before Christmas. The ultimate, healing Yoga relaxation practice.
Let go of stress, rest and rejuvenate in this nurturing afternoon workshop that combines gentle Yin and Restorative Yoga poses, calming breathwork and Himalayan Singing Bowl Sound Bath. This practice is all about drawing inwards, embracing ease, and making space for Self-acceptance and gratitude. Come nourish your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing in this moment of calm before Christmas.
