Following our Year 11 Core Mock Exams, we are delighted to invite Year 11 parents, carers and students to our Year 11 Rewards Evening on Thursday, 24 October 2024, to share students’ mock exam results. This will be a great opportunity for you to learn about all the support we will put in place throughout Year 11 to ensure that your child flourishes and leaves school fully prepared for life beyond Honley and with a set of results they can be proud of.The evening will begin with presentations in the hall, followed by a light supper (Chicken Tandoori Kebab or Chickpea and Spinach Curry) in the dining hall. To ensure we can cater for all our Year 11 students and families, we will run two presentations, one at 5.00pm and one at 6.00pm, and the evening will close at 7.00pm.
Additionally, to ensure all our families know the different college application processes, we would like to gauge interest in a College Application Workshop from 5.30pm to 6.00pm. This would then be followed by a light supper or a presentation in the hall.
An email has been sent with a link to confirm attendance, meal choices and interest in the College Application Workshop.
Please note that the online form will close at 9.00am on Thursday, 17 October 2024, and we cannot accept meal requests after this time. If you experience difficulties accessing the online form, please call our reception team, who will gladly help.
We encourage all Year 11 parents, carers and students to attend this event and celebrate our fantastic students' progress!
