Yang to Yin with Jono: The Sunday Reset

A music and breath led movement session designed to help you slow down and reset ahead of the week.

We’ll begin with a gentle yang inspired flow to warm the body, build heat, and release tension through mindful movement.

From there, the practice gradually softens into longer held yin shapes and restorative stillness, creating space for the body and nervous system to fully settle.

Expect great music, grounding movement, and an accessible practice that balances movement, release, and rest.
