About this Event
We’ll start with an energising Vinyasa flow to awaken the body, connect with our Yang energy (the active, solar side within us), and release any built-up tension from the week. 🔥
In the second half, we’ll ease into stillness with longer-held poses for tissue release, deep breathing, and grounding awareness - embracing our Yin energy (the lunar, softer, and introspective side). 🌙
A Friday morning reset to restore balance through asana and pranayama, helping you let go of the week and step peacefully into the weekend.
