Xtreme Hip Hop with Vanessa

Xtreme Hip Hop is a revamp on step aerobics, not what you remember from the 80s. XHH was created and founded in 2014 by Philip Weeden a personal trainer based in Ohio.

If you're new to Xtreme Hip Hop welcome, I'm Vanessa your XHH instructor in Brooklyn, N.Y.

I will safely walk you through the fundamentals of Xtreme Hip Hop as we groove to some hip hop (as well as other genres) while getting a great caloric burn utilizing the step platform.

Step boards and bottled water are provided.
