About the Chef
Chef Satish Madaan has developed a unique culinary style, blending traditional Indian flavours with modern presentation. His impressive career includes cooking for esteemed dignitaries like former Singapore Presidents Mr. S R Nathan and Dr. Tony Tan, as well as numerous celebrities. Chef Satish has earned three prestigious Gold Medals at the Food Hotel Asia Culinary Competition (2008, 2012, 2014), one of Asia's premier platforms for culinary excellence.
Before joining At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, he gained valuable experience working at luxury hotel chains like The Oberoi and The Grand, as well as SATS, renowned for its service quality. His tenure at The Singapore Island Country Club, FG Food Industries, and De Bella restaurant further honed his skills. Chef Satish is passionate about Indian cuisine, known for its rich variety and flavours, and he consistently emphasises fresh ingredients and authentic cooking methods to achieve outstanding results.
