Overview
Calling all comedy writers! Whether you write sketches, articles, screenplays, or stand-up sets - this is a space for you!
Delightful vibes abound inside this *now monthly writers group, here for everything from warmups to freewrites to table reads and feedback.
This is a place for all levels of experience. Bring a piece you're working on, or just arrive with an open mind. Each week, we'll do writing exercises to sharpen our skills, read scripts to gather inspiration, and there will be time reserved to give and receive feedback if requested.
INSTRUCTORS
Rotating cast of instructors have a variety of specialties, and tons of experience in writing, production, publishing, and more. The following instructors will be in rotation:
- David (stand-up)
- Anthony (screenwriting)
- Michael (sketch comedy)

LOCATION
This program is located in the Black Multi-room at The Cambridge Foundry. It's on the first floor, across from the cafe. If you need help finding it, just ask the Foundry front desk - the Foundry staff is all super helpful!
TICKETS
Tickets for the Writers Gym are all pick-your-price and we want this space to be accessible to everyone, so please select a ticket fee that works for you. Our instructors are paid for their time, so if you're able to, there is a suggested donation of $10 minimum to help us keep these offerings sustainable!
