All birth stories are important because it’s your own story. Writing your birth story is a beautiful way to honor and remember such a momentous life transition. This 2-hour workshop will create a relaxing and supportive space to write your birth story that you’ll treasure years later. It may be a document you keep to yourself, or share with your child on their BIRTHday. All birth experiences are welcome and honored without judgement. This workshop will begin with breath work and a short yoga flow in order to focus and awaken our senses to capture the memory of your birth story. An opportunity will be provided to share birth stories without interruption or commentary. Keeping the power of storytelling with birth stories can be empowering, enlightening, and validating.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring whatever writing tools you prefer to use- pencil/notebook, laptop.
Nursing/Bottle Fed babies are welcome to attend.
