In this mother–daughter workshop, we will celebrate, share, and honor puberty—a sacred turning point in your daughter’s life. Within a collective circle of girls and women, we’ll embrace the power of gathering together to witness the wonder, wisdom, and unfolding strength within each of us.This intimate, 3-hour workshop offers a nurturing blend of:
• Educational teaching about periods and puberty
• Group discussion and shared reflections
• Mother–daughter activities that deepen connection
• Community-building exercises
• Journal writing for personal exploration
• Yoga and embodied practices
• Storytelling that weaves ancestral and modern wisdom
• Ideas for crafting a meaningful celebration to honor your daughter’s first menstrual cycle (her moontime)
