Write a letter to your(future)self
About this Event
Maybe it’s exactly what you need to read.
What to expect:
- Guided visualization to help you get out of today and in touch with future you
- A choice of stationery from a gorgeous assortment
- Plenty of time to sit, think and write without distraction
- Choose when you’d like to receive the letter you wrote and I’ll post it back!
Good to know:
- Pens and pencils will be provided, but if you have a favourite bring it along.
- Your address is stored securely, used only to post your letter, and deleted once it's sent. I'm ICO-registered and take this seriously.
- This is about slowing down, being thoughtful, and savouring the little luxuries in life. There’s no wrong way to do it!
- 1.5 hours
Maybe you’re at a crossroads and want to make a decision soon.
Maybe you want to find a new path.
Or maybe you just want to connect with yourself in a different way.
This evening could be exactly what you’re looking for!
This is just one of a handful of different events I’m hosting in Manchester this autumn. Explore more on Eventbrite, visit , or follow on Instagram.
Facilitated by:
Erin Reidy (she/her) spends a lot of time with people who are dying or living with grief. She runs The Good Mourning Society and the premise is simple: knowing we’re temporary is the fastest route to living presently. She’s a trained end of life doula and non-clinical grief coach, which is a strange qualification for a letter-writing evening. But it’s why she’s good at making room for what people don’t usually say out loud.
