Common Ground: Free Community Wellbeing Groups — Sign Up (Gr Manchester)
About this Event
You can have a full life on paper — a job, family, people around you — and still feel completely alone. If that sounds familiar, this is for you.
Common Ground is a free community wellbeing programme for adults aged 21–40 living across Greater Manchester (Manchester, Salford, Bolton, Stockport).
It's five small, facilitated group sessions, delivered fortnightly, where people come together to talk, reflect, and build real connection — not therapy, not a clinic, just people and space to breathe.
You don't need a diagnosis. You don't need to be in crisis. You just need to be tired of carrying it alone.
Sessions include:
- Guided group conversations in small, safe groups (around 12 people)
- Practical tools for managing stress, anxiety and low mood
- Real connection with people who understand — and a community that continues beyond the programme
Places are limited. Register below to hold your spot — someone from our team will be in touch shortly after with next steps and to confirm your place.
Funded by The National Lottery Awards for All. Delivered by Roots and Resilience Therapies CIC.
