Come join us for a fun and relaxing time at White Rock Brewing Co! Get ready to unwind with a rejuvenating yoga session followed by some delicious brews. This in-person event is the perfect way to de-stress and socialize with fellow beer and yoga enthusiasts. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to combine fitness and fun in one awesome day! Come out and start the new year right!

This is a donation based event with proceeds going to the instructor.

Begginer friendly but all levels are welcome. Bring your own mat, we will have a limited amount to share. Beers are available for purchase afterwards. Free parking in the garages first level.

Info: Beginner friendly flow with light challenges to begin strengthening your body. Perfect for releasing tension and opening up the body.

Info: Classes are donation-based, with a suggested amount of $10, and payments are also accepted at the event. Funds go to the teacher. Pay what you can, give more if you feel inclined to, or simply come vibe. Your contribution helps cover event costs and supports future planned community events.
Space is limited to only 40 attendees. Please bring your own mat, props and water. 
NOTE: all attendees will be required to sign a waiver form prior to participating. Class can be postponed or even cancelled in the event of inclement weather.

Info: Dan Gandara is a 200 R.Y.T who loves sharing the gift of yoga through movement. Inspired by the experience of hardships within his own body, Dan seeks to aid other in attaining the freedom of mobility and a venue to keep the mind peaceful. He has the goal of creating opportunities for socilization with others through yoga to bring back community and unity. His practice is strong yet mindful so that anyone can follow.
