Join us for SMILE Saturdays—a free, community-centered yoga and mindfulness series designed to uplift mind, body, and spirit. Led by certified yoga instructor Jemel Ntumba, each session blends movement, breathwork, and cultural connection in a welcoming space that celebrates African American heritage and wellness. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, SMILE Saturdays offers a chance to release stress, recharge, and build community. Come as you are—this is for us, by us.
