Each week builds from foundational mindful movement and breath awareness to chair-based yoga and expressive ecstatic dance, inviting you to move intuitively and release tension without pressure or choreography.
What to expect: Expect a guided yet open experience that blends meditative music with
fluid motion, somatic awareness, and moments of stillness—supporting creativity, nervous system regulation, and embodied presence.
Suitable for all bodies and movement backgrounds, MMM offers a mid week grounding pause to reconnect with yourself before returning to the rest of your day.
Bring your own yoga mat or borrow one of ours
