To celebrate International Womens' Day and a few of the incredible Women working with Wellbeing in Herefordshire, Edan Sound presents....
Herefordshire WOW!
Come celebrate, be nourished, relax, unwind, stretch, restore and connect on our wonderful 1 day wellbeing retreat in the beautiful surroundings of Hellens Manor.
Colita Dainton - Litabix Coaching - will be sharing her powerful tools for success and a great mindset to help with confidence, communication and achieving our dreams.
Yoga teacher, Saia Wang, with nearly 20yrs experience, will be helping us improve physical and mental wellbeing with a beginners yoga session. She has a deep understanding of the body, mind and spirit connection and is skilled in teaching Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Restorative yoga.
Gail Calthrop - Mindful Gail - will be leading a deeply restful and restorative mindfulness meditation and giving us tools to bring in mindfulness to our lives.
Soesen Edan from Edan Sound - will be teaching beneficial tools using our voices and will be ending the day with a deeply therapeutic sound bath journey.
The days retreat will provide you with a deeply nourishing and complete immersion of mindfulness, sound, yoga and healing for the mind, body and soul.
If you are a fellow women working in wellbeing in Herefordshire and would like to advertise your business or practice and still take part in the whole day, do get in touch. There will be a limited amount of spaces to have a space/stand at the event.
A delicious vegetarian lunch will be included.
No experience necessary.
All you will need to bring is a yoga mat, blanket & cushion.

£90pp for a stand and to take part.
