Join us for a day of Hatha yoga and a delightful two-course vegetarian lunch at the picturesque Hellens in Herefordshire. The event will take place in a beautifully converted barn on the grounds of Hellens, surrounded by tranquil gardens featuring two lakes, a physic garden, a maze, vegetable and fruit gardens, and even a stone circle.
The day includes two yoga sessions, a mindful walk, and a delicious home-cooked two-course vegetarian lunch and finishes with tea, a brew, and cake, all for £90.
