Bringing together practices that support wellbeing.
A day to relax and check in with yourself and connect with other women.
In our busy lives, taking time out to listen to our Soul which speaks to us through our intuition, our dreams and our emotions is so valuable. We come away feeling relaxed, more present with ourselves and reminded of who we are.
Grounding, Women's Circle, Meditation, Mindful Group Art and Moving and Sounding together will create a space of safety, trust and connection for us to open to ourselves.
This will allow you to notice what parts of your life are working, what needs your attention and how authentically you are showing up for yourself.
We don't have to do everything alone, we never did, when we lived closely in tribes we healed and supported each other by emphasising CONNECTION. The same practises that healed us then, still work today - moving together, sitting in circle together and holding space for each other to be truly seen and heard.
These are some of the practises that have helped me on my journey and I now want to bring to others.
I look forward to meeting you and creating this special space.
Please bring:
- a warm blanket, cushion and a yoga mat if you have one (I do have some spare).
A simple Gluten free, vegetarian lunch is provided.
